Digger wasps

I would rather study digger wasps then Trantulas because I dont like spiders at all. It's really interesting learning about wasps because the largest wasp is the Cicada killer wasps. It can get up to 2 inches long. They are black with yellow markings and have rusty colored wings. The Cicada killer wasp has a tunnel that is a size of a quarter and extends 24 inches or more into the ground. You can destroy different wasps by an insecticide dust which you put around the nest entrance during the night. Then the wasps will come out of the nest and go away. So, then you would want to put soil over the nest. So, that is why I think its interesting to learn about differ wasps then Trantulas.

Erik Weihenmayer

I consider Erik Weihenmayer to be an inspirtation because he climbed Mt. Everest and hes blind. So I give him credit for being able to climb it for being blind. But, he did have people that helped him up there too. He inspired a lot of people to do things, and that you can face your fears.

My Digital Footprint

For my Digital Footprint, I am very careful of what I put on websites. I only share certain things about me like my name, age and my hobbies, because putting my address, phone number, other things it would be very dangerous. Also, I make my stuff private so people that are my friends can see what I write about. Also, the people that add me on websites, I only accept them if I know them. Also, my parents make sure that what I put on the Internet is safe. The websites you can find me on are Myspace, Facebook, and Blogger.

My Favorite Holiday

My Favorite Holiday would be Christmas. Christmas is my favorite holiday because, you get to have a break from school and just hang out with family. Also, on Christmas we wake up really early to open presents from each other, then we go to my grandparents to open presents and visit. Also, a couple days before Christmas we go and get chocolate that's really good and give it to family, which is really fun. Also, I also like Christmas because you get to go outside and play in the snow and mess around, and then you go inside and drink hot chocolate and make cookies. So, that's why I think Christmas in my favorite holiday.

Fantasy Holiday

My fantasy holiday would be ice cream day. On Ice Cream day you would get free ice cream all day, and you can have as much as you want too. You can have tons of flavors to choose from and you can even make your own ice cream up. I think ice cream day would be a fun day, especially if its free.

Climate change is affecting Wisconsin because we are facing problems like: Wetter winters and drier summers, weather and climate changes could affect farmers trying to raise crops, and dropping lake water levels.Human activities produce greenhouse gases. Carbon dioxide is released when we burn fossil fuels to produce electricity; like heat our homes with oil, goal or gases, and drive cars. They predict average surface temperates will increase during the century at rates unprecedented in the past 10,000 years. What we can do to slow climate change and make a difference is we can conserve energy and pollute less like, turn off lights, drive less, car pool, buy food grown locally, insulate your water heater , and turn off computers.Some impacts we can expect from climate change are, more frequent storms, heat waves, floods, droughts, and wildfires.

I picked this image because I really like fall. The reason I like fall is because of the colors, it's really pretty seeing all the trees change colors. Also, the weather may be cold at times its still a great season.

My Interests

My interests are listening to music. I listen to music everyday. I like pretty much any kind of music, like country, pop, rock, etc. Also, another interest of mine is looking up quotes and sayings. I just think its really cool how people come up with quotes and poems. When you read someones poems or quotes it tells you how the person is expressing there feelings.

What I learned from commenting 5 blogs

What I learned from commenting 5 blogs is that they all had different personalities. Some talked about what they wanted as a job when they grow up, and what kind of sports they do. It was really interesting reading them!

Homecoming!!

I think homecoming is Awesome. You get to dress up everyday. Like Monday was 80's work out or wear work shirt, Tuesday was Jersey Day, Wednesday was Freshman wear purple, Sophomore's wear black, Juniors wear red, and Seniors wear Red, black and white, Thursday is wear Camouflage or blaze orange, and Friday is Spirit day. Also, Friday classes are only about 30 minutes long which is really cool and then you have the parade and homecoming football game. Which will be a blast. Then Saturday is the homecoming dance, that is going to so much fun. Also, you get to do all these activities during lunch like, pudding feeding, car smashing, football throw, and more. So, that's why I think homecoming is so much fun!

English Class

This class seems different from my other english classes because in this class were always on the computer which is really fun blogging and talking to people. Also, in the other classes we would always do assignments and didnt do blogging, epals, but in this class we do projects and have some assignments andon the computers. So thats why my other english classes are different. Plus, this english class is way better than my other ones because you dont really get homework which is cool.

My Summer

During my summer I was really busy with building a new house. It was really fun building it, but it was super tiring. We just finished getting the house all done. So now were still trying to unpack everything. Its alot of work building a house but it was worth it. But, when I wasn't working on the house I was hanging with friends and family. Which was fun. Also, over summer i got to go to 6 flags, which was a blast! So, that's what I did over summer.
